A native of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Sharry has almost 15 years of global experience as a Project Manager and Chief of Staff.

Prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2022, Sharry lived in Atlanta, GA and worked at United Parcel Service and at Americold Logistics. In 2010, she received her bachelor’s degree in social work (with honors) from Middle Tennessee State University and in December 2019, she graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organization Development with a 3.8 GPA.

For more than a decade, Sharry has been an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and has held various leadership positions. She is also an active member of The North Broward County (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. In addition, Sharry is a social media influencer, enjoys volunteering and cherishes spending time with family & her small dog, Fendi.

She loves competing in pageants and has held several titles: Ms. Florida Global Continental 2023, Ms. Georgia Galaxy 2022, Ms. Galaxy Bahamas 2020, and Elite Miss Atlanta Earth USA 2019. Sharry tries to live by the mantra “What lies behind you and what lies in front of you pales in comparison to what lies inside of you” by Ralph Waldo Emerson. As Sharry navigates her way through life and career, she wants to be a continuous learner and always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. She strongly believes a part of the growth process is making mistakes, but more importantly, learning from them.
